Services Manual
All the information that you will need for moving in, setting up and
tearing down is provided in this manual. Information included in this
guide includes all logistical information, all rules and regulations,
directions and services provided. Available July 1.
Note - Virginia is a right to work state. Exhibitors can set-up their own booth
– complete with their own equipment. Hale Northeastern is available
for anything that you need, but nothing is required.

Advertising and PR
Great Kids Expo is committed to an extensive advertising and PR campaign
that promotes our exhibitors and everything happing during the
two days including educational sessions, demonstrations and special
events. To better achieve this goal, it is extremely important
that you complete the attached
form and provide
us with information on your business and what you will be promoting
at Great Kids Expo. The information that you provide will be used
to promote your business prior to and during the event in our online
exhibitor guide, onsite guide and in our marketing campaign.
